The apartment consists of 3 en-suite bedrooms, a lounge, kitchen/dining room and impressive hallway with a floor area in excess of 1200 sq ft. It is fully centrally heated with thermostatically controlled radiators and open fire's in the lounge and kitchen/dining room.

The rooms all have large south facing windows overlooking 4 acres of grounds where we have just planted 500 trees. As well as use of the grounds you will have sole access to the front garden and lawns, with ample garden furniture, a paved barbecue area and cider press barn.

We have just installed a fully equipped kitchen with all you would expect from your own kitchen including :- dishwasher, fridge, freezer, oven, hob, microwave  and ironing facilities. 

The dining table comfortably seats 8 with additional seating and tables around the room, plus attractive window seat for a lovely view of the grounds.

All the tableware is matching Royal Doulton porcelain with ample glasses and cutlery. Treat yourself to a full dinner party or make a simple snack.  

There are 3 extremely spacious bedrooms, one has a king sized bed while the other 2 can be set up as either twins or super king sized. There are 2 additional beds that can be placed in any of the bedrooms depending on requirements.  All rooms have en-suite shower rooms, and other thoughtful extras to make your stay as pleasant and comfortable as possible.

All the beds are new pocket sprung Hypnos beds with fine quality cotton linen as used in many 5star hotels.
